VIVITÉ Exfoliating Facial Cleanser loosens the unproductive top layer of skin so you can scrub it away and reveal fresh, new skin. Contains 15% glycolic compound. To be used 2 to 3 times a week.

VIVITÉ Daily Antioxidant Facial Serum is a regular application of glycolics for hydration and renovation of the top skin layer. Also provides antioxidant protection to fight premature aging. Contains 15% glycolic compound. To be used once daily, ever morning. Perfect under makeup.

VIVITÉ Night Renewal Facial Cream is an extra-rich formulation that promotes overnight maintenance and repair of skin tissues. Contains 20% glycolic compound. To be used once daily, in the evening.

VIVITÉ Revitalizing Eye Cream is specially formulated to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles in the sensitive areas around the eye, as well as minimize the appearance of dark circles. Contains 10% glycolic compound. To be used twice daily, morning and evening.

* All products should be used with an SPF15 or greater sunscreen to prevent an increase in sun sensitivity.

M.D. FORTÉ®

Glycolic acid is one of the naturally occurring fruit acids derived from sugar cane. The active ingredients of fruit acids when purified are called “Alpha Hydroxy Acids” (AHA). When used as prescribed, with a combination of superficial peels and home maintenance, the gradual results are a fresher, rejuvenated complexion.

Glycolic acid works on the epidermis, the upper layer of the skin. The normal shedding of the layer becomes regular and this layer becomes more uniform in thickness resulting in a smoother feel of the skin. As it works into the deeper layers of the epidermis, the appearance of the skin is improved. Age spots, irregular pigmentation, and fine lines under the eyes are softened. Large pores are reduced, blackheads disappear, and acne treatment is enhanced.  Many of our skin care products contain Retinol, which is active against photo aging and vitamin A and E, which are antioxidants.  Topical antioxidants destroy free radicals, which are believed to be responsible for skin changes related to aging.
