“I believe that sun screen is the most important aspect of skin care, and daily use is the simplest way of preserving your skin. I also believe in keeping a regimen simple, but consistent. Just one or two products should be used morning and evening. Alternating products into your routine is also a great way to feed your skin a variety of beneficial ingredients.”
Suzannah works closely with our surgeons to ensure that every patient receives the best possible result. Her knowledge and experience in esthetics make her an integral part of our team.

Microdermabrasion
Microdermabrasion improves mild to moderate sun damage, scarring, wrinkles, and refines skin texture. A gentle stream of tiny particles exfoliates the topmost layer of skin and provides a fresh, glowing, younger appearance. Only a small amount of skin is removed, so sensitive areas such as the face, chest, neck, arms and hands can be treated. Results should be immediately visible including a more supple and vibrant skin tone. Microdermabrasion is often performed in conjunction with other skin renewal procedures, such as laser treatment and chemical peels. Multiple treatments are recommended for full effect.

Eyelash Extensions
Eyelash extensions are perfect for everyday wear as well as special occasions. They are semi-permanent and made from synthetic fibers. Each lash is applied one by one to your own natural lashes. The extensions are single strands of synthetic eyelashes that are curved to replicate a natural eyelash. They provide length and thickness to your own lashes and are available in varying colors, lengths and thickness. There is no need for mascara even though a water based mascara is fine to use. The result is thicker, longer, eye-opening eyelashes that are safe while showering, swimming, sleeping or exercising.

Chemical Skin Peel
A chemical peel is designed to correct facial wrinkling. It is sometimes used to "fine tune" the results of a facelift or eyelid surgery. It is especially helpful around your eyes and lips, but it can also reduce wrinkling about your entire face. It may improve abnormal skin coloration as well. There are a number of chemical agents that can be used to achieve various depths of peeling. Peels range from very superficial, causing no significant skin irritation to deep, causing longer lasting results.
TCA & Phenol
TCA (tri-chloracetic acid) and Phenol peels are deeper chemical peels, and are performed by a physician under anesthesia. With deeper peels, a mixture of chemicals is applied to the skin. After 2 days of swelling, the old skin "peels off" leaving fresh skin in 10-14 days. You can use makeup at this time to cover the new pink skin. The recovery period, with initially pink skin and considerable swelling, has to be taken into account to achieve the end result.
